• Runaway
• This word comes to mind first when I think of myself. I could have put coward, but I feel as if that wasn't always the case. When I first ran away I did to rebel. Than I went back home. I don't think I was actually ever planning on running away again. As a teenager you never really think stuff through. I was a rich kid who thought the world revolved around me. I think now I know my lesson, but at the time I didn't care. Later at the age of sixteen I sort of ran away again, but for much deeper reasons than I want to admit. This time, I happened to leave with a whole pile of my mother's cash and my father's car. That's why I am here now. Despite my apologies, I believe that they have disowned me or some crazy stuff like that. It doesn't even matter anymore. I have accepted the path I have chosen.

• Well, after being a runaway I kind of turned into a tourist. With the money I had stolen from my parents I went around the states and eventually to other countries. Never by plane and only by boat. It was quiet the adventure for my restless mind. Still I can't deny my stupidity and all the bad decisions I had made to get me to the point of running. I have lots of things from my trips, but that quickly ended when I ran out of money. As a child you don't know how to manage your money. Most of that money went away in the first two years of me running away.

• Two years later, I had run out of money that should have lasted me at least ten years. At the age of eighteen I didn't have many options. Also I had to consider the fact that I was stuck in Europe. I think at that time I was feeling really homesick. I was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nothing to special, but it was still quiet a home. I came to the quick conclusion that thievery was my only option. Now, you can judge an eighteen year old on his impulsive actions, but you can't judge his reasoning. It was my only plan that I had to get out. Don't worry, these days I have put away my thieving days behind me, but I guess you could say the skill is still with me.

• I think you might already understand why I mentioned this word. I came from a rich family. It's pretty simple. The ones who raised me weren't my real parents. I was raised by my aunt and uncle who I ended up calling mother and father despite knowing who they were. I had never known my aunt's sister who should have been given the title of my mother. She had long ago ran away from the family also. Maybe it was in our blood to run away from our problems.
