Bethany took all of this in. She still couldn't believe the outcome this day had. First she was just minding her own business at the front dest, doing paperwork and answering the phones and now, the son of her boss, had taken her out for a coffee. Well, out, might not be the word she should use. She knew this probably wasn't considered a date or anything. So far however, she was glad she had gone. Dash was nothing like his father, she could see that, maybe one day he would as well. The tone in his voice made her think he wasn't so sure. Why would he believe her anyway, she was just a secretary afterall. "They are sweet....don't let that fool you though. I think all Rhys' have the ability to fool people....adn they can act like typical ten year olds.." Bethany smiled. He was just too silly. He didn't seem to give his family much credit. She understand at times but not all. There must be much more to the twins' story but she wasn't about to ask, not now. It seemed that if Dash wanted to tell her something, he would. That seemed like a conversation for a much later date. Dash seemed a bit taken back by her question of where to from here. Bethany didn't really know how to take today. She liked him and he was very handsome, but would he even want to hang out with her again? Was he just taking her here to make up for what his father did? There were so many questions and it seemed is if he too was running many questions through his mind. "Well, we usually get a warm drink, then head back to my place where we sit and we do our homework together...then we settle in with takeout and a movie marathon." Bethany smiled. He really did care for these kids, that was sweet. But it also sounded like quite a fun rest of the day. "Usually they knock out half way through the second movie, popcorn is an always." She giggled lightly, smiling. "Well, that sounds like a blast and a great way to end the night." She blushed slightly. She was a little shocked that he asked her, "Do you want to join us?" Her eyes widened slightly, shocked he asked her. He seemed cautious and somewhat unsure about the question he just asked. "Um..yeah, sure. If they are okay with it of course." She smiled, blushing still. Bethany's gaze followed Dash's as the children came back. They had changed and looked much more at ease, feeling more comforable in more relaxed clothes. They still looked very proper but not so much as before. She watched them sit and and giggled at Jack, "Any less nerdy for you?" She couldn't help but grin and then look at Dash. "Ella looks good...but you...you're still nerdy." She knew he was teasing and and saw him wind at Ella, who started to blush. Her eyes met his, looking into them, and then turned away, blushing deeply, turning towards Jack. "Nah, don't listen to him Jack. I think you look great. Both of you do. And much more comfortable." She smiled and giggled lightly, turning to Dash again.
