Eleanor Eleanor Eleanor. If anyone would have told us she would be a Victoria's Secret Model, no one would have ever believed it. Miss Eleanor was born on a thoroughbred horse racing farm. Her father bred, trained, and raced thoroughbreds in the elite game of racing. Ever since she was a little kid, Eleanor, or Carmen as she likes to be called, wanted to ride horses and be just like her daddy. Everything about the horse industry facinated Carmen. She was so smart and wanted to learn everything there was to learn about racing. As she got older, the more she wanted to ride. She even began competeing in competitive show jumping. She was a natural as her grandfather would say. He was her favorite person to go to for information and advice. The man was so full of knowledge and loved telling Carmen stories about horse racing and horses in general. It was like he was a walking encyclopedia.
However, as all girls get older, her interests seemed to change slightly. She still competed in show jumping but she was more worried about what everyone else thought of her and boys. Of course the boys. But of course her grandfather was there to set her straight. He told her she wasn't like those other girls. Carmen was a better person than them. They all made fun of girls and even boys who weren't as good as them or as pretty or cute. Carmen was always kind and nice to others. She didn't want to be mean or make fun of anyone. Sure, she was competitive but he told her not to let that get in the way of her being a good person.
Her grandfather was a wise old man. So when he passed away when she was a senior in high school, she felt like she lost a very large part of her life. He meant so much to her and was a big part of why she is the person she is today. Once she graduated, she stopped riding so much. She didn't really know what she wanted to do with her life. She wanted to travel and see the world. Carmen knew she would miss home and the horses, but she knew she could always go back. The farm was hers when she was ready to take over anyway but for the time being, Carmen just wanted to experience life and see what was out there other then horses.
Nothing could have prepared her for what lie in wait for her though. Carmen never thought she would be good enough to be a model however, one day an agent saw her and told her to give her a call if she was interested. Jobless and having no plans in her life, she took the opportunity. The next thing she knew she was in photoshoots and walking down runways. She found another thing she was a natural at. She had a natural body for being a model. What suprised her more, she loved every minute of it. But it didn't stop there. She was then contacted about becoming a Victoria Secret Model. To her, it was something she was totally a fish out of water for. She had never modeled such little clothing in her life and now she would be modeling swimsuits and underwear. At first, she wasn't really sure about everything. However now, she loves it and embraces every little opportunity that knocks on her door.
Carmen's love for life and kindness of others will never change. However, working in the modeling industry has made her much more confident in herself and she can be quite outspoken and independent. This blond is definitely not afraid to tell anyone how she feels or whats on her mind, that is just how she will always be.
