Alfie's story starts in Minneapolis Minnesota, the place he was born. Only born, though, because his mother and father lived in Brooklyn, New York. His parents always loved telling him the story of his birth, which was 3 weeks early. They were at a family costume party at the time, and weren't able to make it to the hospital in the slick and snowy conditions outside. Alfie ended up being delivered on the side of the road, until the paramedics and ambulance arrived. That story had always interested him, though he didn't realize how important it would be in his story later down the road. He was born in a middle class family, with his mother not working but his father being in the marines. Because of this, his father wasn't around much in his younger years, missing his first, second, and third birthdays and even first day of school down the line. From a young age, he grew up in a house bound by strong morals and faith. Those values kept him straight as a line, never daring to break any rules or defy his parents.
