Such a pleasant little city, apparently in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by high walls, and higher mountains. Nobody ever leaves, but plenty of people enter, drawn from their previous existences either for good or for ill by magic. Possibly, even, by the same magic responsible for keeping the city in a never-ending state of winter for the past century.
Trapped in the city with no way home, your characters must put aside what they know, and either adapt to their new society...or attempt to overthrow it. Order or chaos, the choice is yours.
